However, considering that Exchange Server 2010 will reach end of support on January 14, 2020, it is recommended to migrate to Exchange 2013 and above. But when testing in Outlook 2019 (7.20021), I was able to connect to Exchange 2010 SP3: Currently, there is no official document indicates whether Outlook 2019 supports connection to Exchange 2010 or not.
